Job Description

· Supervision & Team Leadership • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. • Lead daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. • Promote a positive and productive work environment. · Inventory & Equipment Management • Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and stock-taking for event equipment (sound, lighting, staging, etc.). • Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition. • Coordinate regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet company standards. · Shipping & Logistics Coordination • Plan and prioritize equipment for scheduled events. • Organize loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and return of equipment. • Prepare and review shipping and delivery documentation to maintain accurate records. · Warehouse Operations & Safety • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. • Train staff on proper equipment handling and safety protocols to reduce risks. • Monitor equipment usage and storage procedures, reporting any issues promptly. · Communication & Collaboration • Coordinate with the Operations and event teams to ensure equipment needs for events are met. • Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues related to warehouse activities and equipment availability. • Provide input on ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
