Position: Property Management Officer
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections to check the quality and condition of the properties
Identify defects, damages, or maintenance issues
Arrange and coordinate repair and maintenance works
Liaise with contractors, technicians, and service providers
Follow up on maintenance progress and ensure work is completed on time
Ensure properties are well-maintained and in good living condition
Report any major issues to management
