·       Goods receiving  Unload and check incoming items, quantities and condition against delivery documents. Report shortages or damage promptly.

·       Goods out  Pick, pack and check orders against delivery orders before loading or release. Prevent wrong items, shortages and excess loading.

·       Coordination  Plan receiving, picking, loading and dispatch with the office, drivers and warehouse team. Prepare deliveries ahead and report delays.

·       Stock control  Record stock movements promptly, file documents, carry out stock counts, and report discrepancies or low stock.

·       Goods handling  Label, organise and store products correctly. Rotate stock where appropriate and handle goods carefully to prevent damage.

·       Safety and housekeeping  Keep storage areas clean and walkways clear. Follow safe lifting, stacking and equipment procedures.

·       Team support  Assist with other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
