Daily Operations Support - • Assist in processing customer orders across all platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.). • Support packaging, shipping, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery. • Help coordinate returns and resolve basic fulfillment issues. Inventory & Stock Management • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately. • Support restocking processes and work closely with suppliers for incoming stock. • Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory organization. Administrative Tasks • Assist in preparing operational reports, delivery notes, and basic documentation. • Update and maintain operational SOPs as needed.

Working Hours: Mon-Sat (6 days a week) 8.30am - 5.30pm
