We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-timer to assist with order coordination and delivery arrangement during Mother’s Day weekend.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and arrange deliveries using Lalamove

• Send tracking links and update customers on delivery status

• Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery timing

• Handle incoming orders and assist with order entry

• Ensure all orders are properly arranged and delivered smoothly

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin

• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using mobile apps (Lalamove, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Able to multitask and stay calm during peak periods

• Fast response and good communication skills

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay:

RM120-150 per day

Commitment & Reliability Requirement:

• Must complete full shift (8AM – 5PM)

• No last-minute cancellations or no-shows

• Must be responsive and able to handle urgent situations

• Incomplete attendance may result in reduced or no payment
