Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as e-commerce staff member, your primary responsibility is to ensure that orders are packed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from the inventory, packaging them according to company standards, and preparing them for shipment. Additionally, you will be required to check the stock levels and maintain the inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack items for customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure that all items are properly packaged and labeled Check items for quality and accuracy when new stock arrive Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately Collaborate with other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Ensure that the work area is clean and organized Requirements: Able to read and follow packing instructions accurately Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok is a plus Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
