About the Role: We are looking for a responsible outlet service crew in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the overall operations of the outlet. Daily Tasks: - Managing the bar and maintaining the clealiness of the bar area. - Ensure clealiness of the customer area. - Serve food and beverages promptly, following service standards. - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner. - Monitor and manage the flow of orders to maintain efficiency. Working Conditions: Location: Khatulistiwah Cafe, Taman Melawati Working Hours: 7.5 hours of work (based on shift) Lunch hour: 1 hour lunch break.
