Full Time — Service Crew & Public Relationship Manager

We are an award-winning restaurant brand hiring a Service Crew & Public Relationship Manager to support front-of-house operations and build strong customer relationships. This role suits someone energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about customer experience.

Job Scope:

• Serve and attend to customers professionally Ensure a friendly and positive dining experience

-Build customer relationships and engagement

-Gather customer feedback and handle service recovery

-Support front-of-house operations and service flow

-Coordinate with kitchen and service team

-Represent brand image and service standards

Requirements:

-Malaysian citizen -Age 21 and above -Able to communicate and understand Chinese, English, and Malay -Strong customer service and communication skills -Outgoing, confident, and relationship-focused Responsible and willing to learn -Experience in hospitality or hotel industry is an added advantage -Able to start immediately is an advantage
