Front Desk / Receptionist — iHost Homes Global (Desa Sri Hartamas)

iHost Homes Global manages 70+ serviced-apartment units for short-stay guests at Societe Suites, Desa Sri Hartamas (and Expressionz Suites, Titiwangsa). We're looking for a friendly, reliable front desk team member to be the face of our guest experience.

What you'll do

Welcome guests and handle check-in (from 3pm) and check-out (by 12 noon)

Issue and collect room access cards; explain door access, Wi-Fi and house rules

Answer guest questions in person, by phone and on WhatsApp (bookings, directions, breakfast vouchers, local tips)

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance so units are ready on time

Keep guest records and check-in logs updated accurately

Handle complaints calmly and escalate to management when needed

Who we're looking for

Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Customer-facing experience (hotel, F&B, retail or similar) preferred — we'll train you on our system

Punctual, presentable and comfortable working shifts, including weekends

Able to stay calm and solve problems for guests on the spot

Basic phone/computer skills
