JOB SCOPE

• Greet customers and take/serve food, drinks, pastries, and takeaway orders.

• Prepare coffee and other hot/cold beverages.

• Arrange bakery items and restock food display counters.

• Maintain cleanliness in the serving area, outlet, and work tables.

• Check and replenish inventory items throughout the shift.

• Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff during peak rush hours.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic customer service or food service experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Willingness to learn outlet operations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environment: Indoor, air-conditioned retail/bakery outlet with high customer volume during peak hours.

Physical demands: Requires continuous standing, walking, bending, and carrying trays/dishes throughout the shift.

ATTENDANCE

• Must arrive 10–15 minutes before shift start time for brief briefing and clock-in.

• Must complete the full duration of the shift.
