1 - So basically your call time is *9.30AM*, You need to come early as you need to collect champagne and wine glasses at Dome and bring it to service alley near to Coach store (Please wait at Dome IOI) 2 - Once you collect from Dome you have to ask Dome to provide ice so you need to chilled the Champagne and Wine first before you open the bottle. 3 - While waiting the bottle to get chilled please arrange the 20 wine glasses and 20 champagne glasses on the oblong table 4 - Once the bottle already chilled you need to open the bottle and start pouring it into the glass. 5 - You need to put on the tray 4 champagne and 4 wine glass. We also have non-alcoholic drinks please include some of it on the tray and start serving to the customer. 6 - PLEASE WEAR BLACK FORMAL ATTIRE
