We offer a wide range of products, including personalized and custom-made options, supported by our in-house design team. Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Salespersons. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and driving sales. You will receive ongoing training and guidance, with opportunities to earn through commissions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and pursue leads, with some provided initially - Conduct client meetings in-person (minimal virtual meetings) - Prepare and manage sales documentation (office support provided) - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Requirements: - Aged 20-30, fresh graduates welcome - Minimum SPM qualification, fluent in English and Malay - Own a car (RM500 petrol and car allowance) - Strong determination and hunger for success Work Hours: - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Compensation: - Basic salary: RM2,500 - Commission based on sales performance (Up to RM2500/month) - Paid time off (12-14 days annual leave, medical leave) Probation: 6 months with progressive responsibilities and training Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
