Job Description
1. Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and develop a database of prospects. 2. Client Outreach: Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to present company products/services. 3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business. 4. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. 5. Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. 6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 7. Market Research: Monitor industry trends and gather insights to adapt sales strategies effectively. 8. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance, and market feedback to the sales manager. Experience: Proven experience in sales, especially in Flooring knowledge can be beneficial Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Personal Traits: Result-Oriented: Driven to meet targets and eager to achieve results. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges. Resilient: Able to handle rejection and keep a positive outlook.
