Overview: We are looking for an experienced freelance training specialist to conduct a 2-day client training and onboarding session. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in delivering interactive training sessions and troubleshooting client-facing issues.

Responsibilities:

Day 1 – Training & Role Play

Conduct structured training sessions for new clients on how to use our platform/products.

Guide participants through real-life scenarios via role play to reinforce understanding.

Address questions and ensure active engagement throughout the session.

Day 2 – Client Observation & Issue Identification

Sit alongside clients as they begin to use the system independently.

Observe user behavior and gather feedback on pain points or issues.

Provide support, answer ad hoc queries, and compile a report on challenges observed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client training, onboarding, or user education (preferably in tech, fintech, or insurance sectors).

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to simplify complex processes for new users.

Proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven mindset.

Able to document feedback and relay it effectively to the product or customer success team.

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM, SaaS platforms, or digital insurance/financial products.

Previous experience working with SMEs or B2B clients.
