MAIN ROLE

Represent Reka Baka throughout the event. Your priority is SALES and GUEST ENGAGEMENT: welcome attendees,

carry confident and friendly conversations, understand what they are looking for, show the right Reka Baka materials,

and turn genuine interest into enquiries and potential bookings.

PRESENTATION & CONDUCT

• Good looking and presentable.

• Smart casual. Look polished, stylish, well-groomed and as presentable as possible - you are representing a premium

creative brand.

• Be attractive in your presence: approachable, confident, composed, intelligent and able to carry a good conversation.

• Avoid sitting disengaged, excessive phone use, eating in front of guests or private conversations while the booth is

active.

• With VIP/VVIP guests, be discreet and service-led. Do not photograph or post guests without permission.

PRIORITY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engage couples, parents, family members, KLGCC members, VIP/VVIP guests and other attendees in a

warm, polished and non-pushy manner.

• Ask naturally about wedding date, venue, estimated pax, preferred style and what they are looking for before recom-

mending a suitable Reka Baka direction.

• For KLGCC clients, explain the dedicated Reka Baka Wedding Collection for KLGCC using the separate offer/refer-

ence PDF provided.

• Do not ignore guests who are not planning a wedding at KLGCC. They may still be potential Reka Baka clients for

another venue. Invite them to sample our cakes, view the portfolio, browse the ready-made catalogue and understand

how our custom cake process works.

• Collect genuine leads and refer strong enquiries to the Reka Baka team.

PRESENTATION & CONDUCT

A separate folder will be provided containing: Reka Baka Portfolio, Reka Baka Ready-Made Design Catalogue, Reka

Baka Pricing Guide, and Reka Baka - The Wedding Collection for KLGCC Convention Centre. Please study these

before the event so you can guide guests confidently.FOR SERIOUS ENQUIRIES

Collect: name, contact number, wedding date, venue, estimated pax, preferred cake/design and any special request. If

you are unsure about price, design feasibility or inclusions, do not guess. Say: “Let me confirm that with the Reka Baka

team for you.”

SECONDARY / MINOR BOOTH DUTIES

• Keep cake samples clean, presentable and refilled when needed.

• Keep the booth tidy and clear of crumbs, used cups/tissues, packaging and personal belongings.

• Keep portfolios and display materials neat; assist with simple restocking, guest flow and end-of-day tidying when

required.
