Store Name: XXX_iStore iSend General notes: 1. This is a surveyor job, you must fill in the survey form accurately 2. You must interview the owner/manager/vendor of the shop. 3. Please make sure you interview the owner/manager/vendor of the shop. 4. Please inform the manager/owner/vendor to expect a call from Fairmart team after this survey is done 5. Please perform the job during the shop’s operation hours and before proceeding, do a quick check on the operation hours in Google. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. You can do it anytime when the shop is open, at your own flexibility but must submit all survey before 8th December XXXX. 2. Do click ‘START JOB’ in advance to avoid no show eject, but must update the job task when you are about to perform the interview 3. Payment of RM8 will only be release after the booking form is submitted within 2-4 working days. 4. After a successful appointment set, payment of RM12 bonus will be credited only upon Fairmart's confirmation and it'll be 2-4 working days after the appointment date. 5. Do not call the PIC below.
