You will support The BrandLaureate in reaching out to companies for both award participation and education programmes. Your main task is to connect with companies, follow up, and set appointments 📞

Working Details ⏰

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Time: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Location: Near MRT TTDI 🚇

Attire: Smart casual 👔

Payment: RM13 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

Awards Follow-Up 🏆

• Contact companies who received award letters

• Confirm if they received the letter

• Get the PIC’s contact (WhatsApp/email) if needed

• Arrange meetings (physical or Zoom) based on location

Education Outreach 🎓

• Reach out to HR, L&D teams, or SME owners

• Introduce training programmes (Branding, AI, Marketing, etc.)

• Set appointments for programme presentations

Training & Support 📚

• 2-day training provided

• Ongoing guidance from the team

Skills & Requirements 💼

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Experience in B2B communication or outreach is preferred

• Confident in speaking with corporate clients (HR, managers, business owners)

• Good follow-up and persuasion skills

• Responsible, consistent, and goal-oriented

• Professional attitude when representing the company

Others 📝

• Daily reporting required (Google Sheet & WhatsApp)

• Must maintain confidentiality of company data 🔒
