LOCATION: Taman Kinrara, Suria Kinrara WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm JOB DESCRIPTION: • Issue Invoice and DO and handling delivery • Prepare supplier/ customers monthly statement of account • Ensure filling and documentations related to account • Handle e-commerce platform • Handle other ad-hoc duties requested by superior REQUIREMENTS ： • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Bonus), English • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment. • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude. • Sufficient analytical skill to resolved problems. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments. • Able to communicate in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
