Requirements : -Working experience as pre-sales support or sales administration. -Good knowledge with computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications -Good knowledge with social media platforms added advantages -Self-motivated with job integrity, job committed and can work independently -Good communication skills with principles, customers and suppliers -Good with reading and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia -Willing to take up multitasking jobs whenever required. -Good working attitude, working attendance & discipline -Able to start to work immediately. (Advantage) -ONLY full-Time post available. -Min. 2 to 3 years working experience. -Fresh graduates applicants will be consider. -Training & guide will be provided Responsibility : -Support daily sales department daily activities -Price sourcing and attend inquiry from dealers and customers. -Check daily tenders advertisement and inquiry from email and vendors portal system -Prepare quotations & tenders submission -Reporting to Director -Responsible attending customers inquiry, feedback, correspondent and complaint -Good team working spirit Benefits: KWSP, SOCSO & EIS Annual leave Medical claims Medical leave Yearly bonus & incentive Good performance incentive 5 working days a week
