Introduction

HaruPlate is Asia's pioneering paediatric nutrition brand on a mission to nourish the world's future generations, starting with impactful products for children 1 through 12 years. If you’re a self-confessed go-getter who loves solving problems and smashing goals, you could be our next Sales Operations Executive!

Think of yourself as the hero of our retail sales. Your main gig is to drive "sell-through" with our amazing partners—from major supermarkets to cool baby shops. You’ll be the right hand to our founder, supporting high-level strategy and then hitting the ground running to make sure everything gets done. This is a hands-on role for a super proactive and detail-oriented pro who wants to see their hard work turn into real results.

As an integral part of our team’s mission to nourish the next generation, you will leverage your two strongest traits - working well with people and smashing goals - to excel in this role and take your skills and experience to the next level!

1.Relationship & Sales Support:

  • Act as the founder's dynamic sidekick, crafting presentations that sparkle and proposals so persuasive, they'll have partners begging to join the HaruPlate fam.
  • Be a master of proactive communication, ensuring HaruPlate gets prime real estate in our partners' store campaigns and promotional calendars. -Team up on joint business plans and epic new product launches to keep our brand fresh and exciting.

2.Promotions & Campaigns:

-Plan, submit, and flawlessly execute sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing magic with our retail partners. -Play detective with the data, analyzing what's working (and what's not) to make sure every promo is better than the last.

  1. In-Store Operations & Execution:

-Be the maestro of the in-store hustle! You’ll be responsible for organizing and running sampling events and roadshows like a boss. That means finding the best promoters, arranging logistics, and ensuring ninja-like execution. -Turn our product aisles into a visual feast with top-notch merchandising efforts. -Connect the dots between our online and offline worlds by launching cool campaigns that drive our online community into physical stores.

What You're Bringing to the Table

-You've got experience in the B2B retail game, ideally with FMCG or a food brand. -You’re a natural communicator and a relationship pro who can chat with anyone and work with everyone. -You are ridiculously organized and operational, with a proven track record of handling a zillion things at once without breaking a sweat. -You’re a self-starter who's always hungry for the next big win. -You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to be a core part of a growing global brand.
