Job Description

- To provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team; - To ensure proper processing and filing of documents and reports; - To ensure up-to-date and accurate information is posted in the MHW/IFCA system - To liaise with bankers on loan application status; - To liaise with real estate agents, purchasers and solicitors on signing arrangements for SPA and other related documents - Assist the sales & marketing team in project launches and other important events whenever required - To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time; - Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
