JOB SCOPE

• Greet customers, provide sizing and product advice, and recommend tailored items.

• Check stock availability and retrieve garments or sizes from the backroom/storeroom.

• Unpack incoming shipment boxes, steam garments, and restock display racks according to brand standards.

• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and shelves tidy and organized.

• Work towards individual or daily store sales targets communicated by the Store Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience (premium apparel experience is an advantage).

• Work 5 days/week

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Premium indoor retail environment (air-conditioned boutique).
• Standing and walking for the entire shift (except during scheduled meal/rest breaks).
• Involves light physical work, including lifting cartons of stock, reaching, and carrying apparel batches.

DRESS CODE & GROOMING

• Attire: Smart retail attire (or store uniform if issued). Garments must be clean, wrinkle-free, and neatly steamed.

• Footwear: Dark, formal closed-toe shoes (clean/polished) with socks. No sneakers or open-toed shoes.

• Grooming:

• Hair: Neat and naturally colored only. Long hair must be tied back in a neat ponytail; male hair should be above collar/ear length.

• Accessories: Minimal, subtle jewelry only. Keep pockets free of bulky personal items.

• Phone Policy: Personal mobile phones must be kept in designated staff lockers during work hours and may only be used during breaks.
