Assist in operating Mak Ee Kiosk 001 at Cha Can Ting.

Main responsibilities:

• Greet customers and explain products and promotions

• Take orders and operate the POS/cashier system

• Fry curry puffs using a commercial deep fryer

• Bake pies and Portuguese tarts using a convection oven

• Monitor cooking time, temperature and product quality

• Refill and arrange products in the food warmer

• Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, equipment and work area

• Follow food-handling, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

• Record stock and inform the person in charge of low inventory

• Keep personal phone use to break time or urgent matters only

Applicants must be punctual, responsible, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to follow operating instructions. Previous experience with commercial deep frying, ovens, bakery kiosks, cafés or quick-service restaurants is strongly preferred.
