Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide info on services, packages, and promotions Schedule, confirm, and remind clients of appointments Check in/out clients, process payments, and issue receipts Answer phone calls/emails and resolve inquiries Maintain client records and handle cash transactions Promote and sell spa products Collaborate with spa staff and coordinate operations Upsell and cross-sell services and packages Stay informed about spa services and educate clients

Requirements and Skills: Minimum SPM Qualification Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is bonus) Ability to maintain professional composure Ability to work independently and as part of a team
