Role Specifics: Front Desk Job Summary: YODmilk Shop is seeking a friendly and responsible Front Desk to greet customers, handle orders, and provide excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Responsible and duties: Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, provide friendly and professional service, and address inquiries and complaints. Order Processing: Accurately take and process orders, handle transactions using the POS system, including cash handling and making change. Store Management: Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized, manage the cash register, and reconcile daily revenue. Product Promotion: Introduce and recommend store products and special offers to customers, and assist with in-store promotional activities. Other Duties: Support the store manager and team with daily operations and perform other related tasks as needed. Working style: Physical Presence: This role requires full on-site work at the YODmilk Shop. Work in team of 5-7 person base on availability Working Hours: 06:30 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Opportunity for salary increment after 3 month probation period Compensation and Benefits: Salary: RM2800 - RM3200 per month. Benefits: Includes medical claims, paid leave, and lunch provided. Work during Public Holiday - 2x hourly salary Training and Development: There is significant opportunity for career development, especially as the company plans to establish a proper office next year to manage multiple outlets. Candidate Requirements: Age Requirement: 21 - 40 years old. Education: Secondary School, Diploma, or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic computer and POS system operation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and positive attitude.
