Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Work Location:
- Lalaport
- IOI City Mall
2️⃣ Key Responsibilities
- Assist Store PIC in monitoring store operation and retail team members
- In charge of outlet keys and ensure the outlet is open and close according to the outlet business hours. Double check the outlet is completed closed and locked after business hours.
- Ensure sufficient manpower at outlet for daily operations
- Leading retail team members to drive sales and achieve sales target
- Provide product and customer service trainings to retail team members regularly
- Demonstrate excellent customer service level to the team
3️⃣Candidate Requirements
Experience Required: 1-2 years in Retail Experience
