Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes and other specialty drinks.
2. Take customer orders with a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, following standard recipes and techniques.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee booth, countertops, equipment, and utensils.
5. Stock and replenish supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, milk, and cups, to ensure uninterrupted service.
6. Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system (QASHIER).
7. Provide product information and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.
8. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of food items and cleaning procedures.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent quality and service standards. 11. Upsell additional products and merchandise, such as pastries or coffee accessories, to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
11. Stay up to date with coffee industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques through continuous learning and training.
