2️⃣ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming each customer and promoting the brand
• Develop and maintain good product knowledge
• Recommend product features and it’s benefits to customers' according to their needs and wants
• Meet store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service and experience to all customers in-store
• Help to maintain the shop image through regular housekeeping, ensuring products are priced correctly, assist on visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment. Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display is according to the Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards
• Shall understand all procedures and policies and ensure all work is carried out according to the standards
