🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers in-store, attend to their enquiries, and help them find suitable secondhand gadgets and electronics.
• Product Recommendations: Recommend suitable products and explain product features, pricing, warranty terms, and ongoing promotions.
• Sales & Upselling: Support sales targets by promoting products and suggesting suitable add-ons or upgrades to customers.
• Livestream & Social Media Support: Assist with livestreams and creating social media content to promote products.
• Online & In-Store Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries through online channels and in-store interactions.
• Product Display & Arrangement: Arrange and display products neatly to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
• Stock Receiving & Inventory: Assist with receiving stock, checking items, and updating inventory records.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• General Assistance: Support daily store operations and follow the store’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).

📋 Reporting & Work Etiquette

• Report to the assigned store PIC upon arrival and follow their instructions throughout the shift.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• Arrive on time and be ready to start work as scheduled.
• Follow all store SOPs, including procedures for customer service, sales, stock handling, and inventory management.
• Physical Requirements: Be prepared to stand and move around the store for extended periods, handle and move stock safely, and work comfortably in a fast-paced retail environment.
