Job Title: Retail Assistant IOI City Mall, Putrajaya 🛍️ Job Scope & Responsibilities: 🏪 Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases 😊 Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience 🧹 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store 📦 Restock and arrange products on shelves 💰 Handle cash and payment transactions efficiently 📊 Assist in inventory tracking and reporting ✅ Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures ⏰ Shift Details: Full shift: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM (2-hour break), break time to be determined by the Supervisor 🎁 Perks & Benefits: 🛒 20% OFF on all products with staff price deals ✅ Requirements: 🛍️ Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage 🗣️ Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English 👍 Positive attitude and willingness to learn 📅 Able to commit to scheduled shifts ⚡ Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
