###### Job Details Retail Staff **Position Overview:** As a Gelato Retail Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gelato kiosk. You will be responsible for preparing and serving our delicious gelato to customers, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kiosk, and providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** **Gelato Preparation:** Prepare and serve a variety of gelato flavours and toppings while ensuring product quality and consistency. **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, answer inquiries, and make recommendations. **Upselling:** Suggest additional products and upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the kiosk area clean and organized, including the gelato display, serving equipment, and workstations. **Inventory Management:** Monitor gelato inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages to management. **Cash Handling:** Minimal handling of cash transactions on at kiosk. **Operational Support:** Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setup and clean-up. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the gelato flavours, ingredients, and specials to effectively communicate with customers. **Gelato Workshop:** Leader / Assistance to workshop conducted on site. **Teamwork:** Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. **Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:** Follow established health and safety guidelines, including food safety practices and hygiene standards. Must have Typhoid Injection (still valid) and attended Food Handling Course **MISC:** Events preparation of goods and equipment prior to events. Other ad-hoc job which is not specified.
