Job Description

- **Job Scope** - Handle customer transactions using cashless payment systems (e-wallets, credit/debit cards, QR Pay) - Ensure prices are scanned accurately and all transactions are properly recorded - Issue receipts and attach them to customer purchases - Pack purchased items, including placing flowers into plastic sleeves or bags for customers - Assist cashier during peak hours to ensure smooth counter operations - Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised cashier counter and packing area - Provide polite and helpful customer service, including basic product or promotion information - Assist in retail operations such as product arrangement, packing, and general customer assistance - Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management from time to time <!-- --> <!-- --> Physical Requirement: - Standing for long periods - Light physical and repetitive tasks - Support role with guidance from cashier or supervisor <!-- -->
