We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Sales Promoter / Booth Crew to manage a retail booth selling cordials, granulated and liquid sweeteners, and sambal products.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and provide friendly and helpful service.

- Actively promote and sell cordials, sweeteners (granules and liquid), and sambal products.

- Explain product features, flavours, usage, prices, promotions, and ongoing offers.

- Recommend suitable products based on customers’ preferences and needs.

- Offer product samples or demonstrations when required.

- Encourage purchases and help achieve daily sales targets.

- Arrange and display products neatly and attractively at the booth.

- Ensure the booth, display area, and sampling area are kept clean and hygienic.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the person in charge when stocks are running low.

- Handle basic sales transactions and payments, where required.

- Assist with packing customers’ purchases.

- Perform opening and closing duties for the booth as instructed.

Requirements

- Friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with customers.

- Good communication and basic sales skills.

- Comfortable explaining and promoting food and beverage products.

- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Able to maintain good cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Comfortable standing and managing the booth throughout the assigned shift.

- Previous experience in retail, food sampling, or sales promotion is an advantage but not compulsory.
