JOB SCOPE

• Engage with gallery visitors to introduce and promote the event.

• Assist visitors with basic event inquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Manage visitor flow and support general event activation tasks as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Open to applicants fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Prior experience as an event promoter or in customer-facing roles is required.

• Outgoing, friendly personality with proactive communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Public-facing event environment within a property gallery.

• Involves standing and walking for extended periods during shift hours.

ATTENDANCE

• Includes a 1-hour unpaid break.

• GoGetters will coordinate and take breaks one person at a time.

DRESS CODE / WHAT TO BRING

• Plain white or plain black shirt paired with jeans.

• Covered shoes (sports shoes or smart casual covered footwear).

IMPORTANT

• Maintains a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor with gallery visitors at all times.
