Objective: Promote Ainul Cookies’ latest products through sampling, flyer distribution, and strong customer engagement to increase awareness and foot traffic. **Key Responsibilities** - Product Sampling<br> Offer samples politely and hygienically.<br> Keep sampling trays neat, refilled, and clean. - Promote New Products<br> Confidently explain our latest product launches with clear highlights on flavours, ingredients, price points, and what makes them special. - Flyer Distribution<br> Distribute flyers strategically to shoppers who show interest or after giving samples. - Customer Engagement<br> Approach shoppers warmly, answer basic questions, and guide them to visit the Ainul Cookies store. - Drive Foot Traffic<br> Encourage customers to walk to the store, especially during promos or soft launches. - Brand Representation<br> Represent Ainul Cookies with a clean, polished, presentable, and clean-cut appearance.<br> Maintain friendly energy, professional conduct, and confident communication. - Product Knowledge<br> Understand key product details: flavours, ingredients, allergens, pricing, and ongoing promotions. - Hygiene & Safety<br> Handle food samples using gloves/tongs.<br> Keep the sampling station tidy, neat, and hygienic at all times. - Feedback Collection<br> Observe customer reactions and share simple insights with the team. - Daily Reporting<br> Provide a short end-of-day report:<br> • Samples given<br> • Flyers distributed<br> • Customer responses<br> • Common questions<br> • Issues or suggestions <!-- --> **Requirements** - Able to speak English & Malay fluently. - Presentable, clean-cut, well-groomed, and neat appearance. - Friendly and confident when approaching customers. - Responsible, punctual, and proactive. - Comfortable working in malls or high-traffic locations. <!-- -->
