We are a growing flower shop handling a high volume of daily orders that require careful preparation and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities of this job are:

1) Order Picking & Quality Check Retrieve and prepare products based on order lists, ensuring accuracy in item selection, quantity, and quality.

2) Delivery Coordination Verify that delivery personnel receive the correct items for each order and ensure smooth handover for dispatch.

3) Customer & Delivery Liaison Communicate with delivery drivers and recipients to resolve any delivery-related issues or concerns.

4) Customer Collection Handling Assist customers who collect orders in person and attend to walk-in customers at the workshop.

5) Printing & Labelling Print wish cards, labels, and stickers in accordance with order requirements.

6) Product Finishing Add final touches such as ribbons, balloons, and other decorative elements before dispatch.

Requirements:

1) Able to commit for long term. This position is full-time/permanent and NOT part-time/temporary position.

2) Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

3) Able to communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).

4) Willing to work overtime during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).

5) Must be able to commute to our workshop in Petaling Jaya (located within walking distance from Lembah Subang LRT station).

6) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

7) Working Days: 5.5 days per week
