Job Description

Repack farming inputs (e.g., fertilizer) into smaller bags 1. General description: -Sort and pack farming inputs into parcels. 2. Job tasks: - Pick items from storage house based on order list and provide to delivery partner. - Pack items using zip-lock bags, bubble wrap, and boxes. - Report to supervisor if item is damaged. 3. Environment: -Open air warehouse / nursery. Working closely with full time staffs who are ready to help. 4. Expected job outcome: -Pack all weekly orders in one day (approximately 50 items). 5. Tools required: -All tools will be provided (e.g., gloves, face masks, etc). 6. Physical requirements: - A lot of standing and walking. - Might need to lift heavy boxes. - Might need to call delivery partners to ensure delivery pick up is scheduled
