Job Title: Driver Assistant (Flower Delivery) Role Overview: We are looking for GoGetters to assist our drivers with flower deliveries. You will accompany the driver on delivery routes (Klang Valley) and help ensure orders are delivered smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with loading flowers and delivery items into the truck - Contact customers to inform them of the delivery timing or arrival - Support door-to-door deliveries with the driver - Take clear delivery photos and upload them in the driver app - Mark orders as completed in the app after successful delivery - Handle flowers carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition Requirements: - Responsible and punctual - Comfortable with physical work such as loading and unloading items - Able to communicate politely with customers - Able to use a smartphone to take photos and update delivery status - Willing to travel along delivery routes (Klang Valley) for the duration of the shift Working Environment: - Outdoor and on-road work with the driver - May involve carrying boxes and standing/walking during deliveries
