Overview

I have recently sold my condo unit at Damansara Foresta (Unit B-9-5) and require a reliable person to assist with the handover process and coordinate tasks at both the Foresta unit and my new location at Menara Menjalara (Unit D-6-7).

Responsibilities

Coordination: Coordinate with me (Canada time zone difference) and visitors/contractors between Malaysian time 11am-2pm.

Access Management: Be present at the property to open doors multiple times as required.

Asset Documentation: Take photographs of the items remaining in the Foresta unit to assist me in selling them.

Key Coordination: Meet with my brother to collect the keys and access cards.

Communication: Act as my point of contact for potential buyers; coordinate and schedule viewing appointments.

Supervision (Foresta Unit): Supervise the contractors during the dismantling of the air conditioning units and built-in cabinets at Damansara Foresta (B-9-5).

Supervision (Menjalara Unit): Supervise the contractors during the installation of air conditioning units and cabinets at Menara Menjalara (D-6-7).
