Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) – Community Event Support Event Date: 28th May 2025 Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location: Botanica+Co, Kuala Lumpur Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the execution of an exclusive community event with 20 key opinion leaders (KOLs). This role will involve pre-event coordination, on-the-day support, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth execution and an elevated guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Event (1 week prior): - Liaise with 20 confirmed KOLs for attendance confirmation and any special requirements - Coordinate RSVP list and dietary preferences - Assist in finalizing event logistics (seating chart, name cards, goodie bags, etc.) - Follow up with vendors and partners for deliverables <!-- --> On Event Day (28th May, 9AM–1PM): - Ensure smooth registration and guest welcome - Act as the point of contact for KOLs, media, and partners - Support event flow and assist host as needed - Oversee setup and manage behind-the-scenes coordination <!-- --> Post-Event (Within 3 days): - Assist with thank-you notes/emails to KOLs and partners - Help compile and organize event photos, videos, and social content - Coordinate feedback collection from attendees - Assist in post-event reporting and recap <!-- --> Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Able to multitask and manage event timelines - Experience in event coordination or PR is a bonus - Friendly, professional, and resourceful under pressure - Available to assist physically at Botanica+Co on 28th May <!-- -->
