URGENT: Office Handover Assistant Needed (Wisma UOA Damansara I)

Task Overview:
Looking for a professional GoGetter to assist with an official office handover on my behalf this week (targeting tomorrow, subject to final HR access approval). Total active work time is expected to be under 2 hours. If you’re interested but would like to discuss the fee or timing first, please drop me a message. Location:
Wisma UOA Damansara I (Directly opposite MRT Semantan—very easy public transport access). No traveling between locations is required; I will meet you at the building before and after the task. You do not need to bring or carry anything with you; all packing materials will be provided.

Scope of Work:

1. Meet me at the building to collect documents and a drawer key.
2. Submit a company laptop and documents to HR, obtaining a written acknowledgment of receipt.
3. Use the key to carefully pack my personal belongings from my workstation drawer.
4. Return the belongings and key back to me at the ground floor/meeting point.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance: The building security and HR require a visitor pass clearance. You must be comfortable sharing your full name and IC number privately in the chat after accepting the job for prior authorization.
• Flexibility: Exact timing depends on HR confirming office access. Additional compensation will be provided if there are scheduling shifts or extra waiting times.
• Professionalism: Must be polite and comfortable communicating professionally with corporate HR.
