Job Scope:

Set up and arrange roll-up banners, promotional materials and booth area before the event.

Man and maintain the booth throughout the assigned working hours.

Greet and approach passersby in a friendly and professional manner.

Distribute flyers / brochures to passing visitors. Brief visitors on the services and promotions featured at the booth.

Encourage interested visitors to stop by the booth and make enquiries.

Answer basic questions and direct serious enquiries to the person in charge.

Keep the booth area clean, organised and presentable at all times.

Replenish flyers and promotional materials when required.

Assist with packing up banners and booth materials after the event.

Perform other reasonable duties related to booth promotion and visitor engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Friendly, confident and approachable personality. Comfortable speaking to and approaching strangers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. Punctual, responsible and energetic.

Able to stand and walk around for extended periods.

Prior promoter / event experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
