Job Title: Birthday Party Setup Assistant

Job Summary:

The Birthday Party Setup Assistant helps prepare at the venue before guests arrive, ensuring decorations, furniture, and party equipment are arranged according to the event plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up tables, chairs, and party decorations.

• Inflate and arrange balloons.

• Arrange food, drinks, and dessert stations.

• Set up gift, photo, and activity areas.

• Assist with basic sound system or music setup if required.

• Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and ready before guests arrive.

• Help coordinate with vendors during setup.

• Perform light cleaning and packing after the event if requested.

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to lift and carry light to moderate items.

• Good attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Friendly, positive attitude.

Working Hours:

Typically 2–6 hours before the event, with optional assistance during or after the party.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Lifting up to 15–20 kg (if required).

• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors depending on the venue.
