Job Title: Supervisor (YouTrip Event) – Johor Important Notes: - Able to join online training on 8th May. (Paid 1 hour) - Prefer GoGetter that commit on 6th - 8th June as well. - If you MIA without any valid reason on the 2nd and/or 3rd working day, your payment will be deducted by 50% Company: YouTrip Job Location & Event Details: 📍 Johor Bahru 9 – 11 May: Komtar JBCC (200 sqft booth) 6 – 8 June: Komtar JBCC (200 sqft booth) Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee a team of promoters during the event. - Ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards. - Provide support, motivation, and guidance to team members. - Monitor and track performance. - Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed. - Ensure booth setup is neat and aligned with YouTrip’s branding. - Report daily sales and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements: ✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills. ✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. ✔️ Prior experience in retail, sales, or events is preferred. ✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. ✔️ Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
