Job Description

Serve as the public face of the company at events—greeting attendees, sharing product/service info, capturing leads, and keeping the booth presentable. • Welcome & Engage Greet visitors with a smile and open body language; ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand needs  . • Product Knowledge & Presentation Deliver concise elevator pitches (\~30 seconds to 1 minute), demonstrate offerings, answer questions accurately • Lead Qualification & Capture Identify decision-makers, ask about budgets/timelines, collect contact info using sign-up forms or digital tools . • Booth Maintenance Keep the booth clean, stocked, and brand-ready at all times (no food/drink visible) . • Team Coordination Communicate with co-staff to “tag team” conversation, cover break times, and ensure continuous presence Duotone Design + Build. • Post-event Follow-up Share qualified lead data promptly with the sales or follow-up team .
