Job Description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Support the kitchen team in preparing mise en place for the day’s operations.
Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per SOPs.
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Handle the packing of the food into the desired weight.
Report any equipment malfunction or food safety risk to supervisors immediately.
