Job Description

Responsibilities: - Assemble and prepare a variety of sandwiches and other food items according to BengBeng Sourdough’s standards. - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service. - Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards. - Restock ingredients, utensils, and other supplies as needed. - Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Requirements: - Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. - Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
