Job Description

You will: - Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits in accordance with SOPs in the food preparation process. - Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line - Assist chef with ad hoc cooking food items Manage communication between service team members and kitchen to determine needs for serving areas to always be stocked and relay special requests by customers - Ensure great quality and consistency of food from kitchen to customers - Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted supplies - Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered correctly and are of good quality - Ensure all food and others are stored properly
