2️⃣ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, such as cakes, pastries, cake decorating and other special items.
• Operate baking equipment (e.g., ovens, mixers, proofers) safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Follow instructions and adjust as necessary to ensure consistency, quality, and taste.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards.
• Inventory of baking supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stock and ordering when necessary.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and bakery area.

3️⃣Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3 years experience in Bakery

Certificate Required:

• Typhoid Vaccination Certificate
• Having a bakery certificate is an added advantage for this role
