What You'll Be Doing 👨‍🍳 Brew & Create: Prepare coffee, tea, chocolate, smoothies, and other beverages according to PAUL’s recipes and standards. ⚙️ Master the Bar: Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other barista equipment safely. ✨ Get the Details Right: Make sure every drink has the right taste, temperature, portion, and presentation. 🥛 Show Your Skills: Handle milk steaming, drink finishing, and basic latte art when required. 😊 Serve with a Smile: Welcome customers, take orders accurately, answer questions, and recommend drinks, pastries, and promotions. 💬 Take Care of Customers: Handle simple enquiries or complaints professionally and seek help from the supervisor for more serious matters. 🧼 Keep It Fresh & Clean: Maintain a clean and organised beverage station, counter, and service area throughout the shift. 🧽 Take Care of Your Equipment: Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, milk jugs, and other equipment properly. 📦 Keep Stock Ready: Check and replenish coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, syrups, and other supplies before they run out. ♻️ Reduce Waste: Handle ingredients carefully, follow FIFO/FEFO practices, and record wastage or damaged items accurately. 🦺 Follow Food Safety: Maintain good personal hygiene and follow all food safety, Halal, sanitation, and food-handling requirements. 🤝 Be a Team Player: Support your teammates with opening, closing, cleaning, stock checks, and other daily outlet tasks.

Requirements ✅ Food Handling Certificate required. ✅ Valid Typhoid vaccination required.
